MY “START DICTATION” HAS DISAPPEARED. IT USED TO BE UNDER THE EDIT BUTTON BUT DISAPPEARED AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE. PLEASE HELP. I HAVE TRIED SO MANY THINGS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE A FIX, BUT NOTHING HAS WORKED. THANKS SO MUCH.

Since you don't say what you've tried we're just guessing, but to confirm, go to System Settings -> Keyboard and confirm that Dictation is on. If it's off, turn it on and then try again.
If that isn't the issue, then please post what you've already tried and someone may have additional suggestions.
And a tip: please don't post all in caps. It's more difficult to read, and by Internet convention posting in caps is considered to be shouting, which we hope you won't need to do here. :-)
