blocking text/messages containing specific words, links, phrases

I am getting 5 to 10 messages a day with links to one of winred.com's sites. I have blocked numbers, used stop=end, but they still keep coming. Seems like there is no way to stop them. We need a way to block messages with specific words, phrases or links like you can on Android. Seems easy enough. Not sure why Apple is dragging its feet on this.
