Can I claim AppleCare plus warranty in another country?

Take it into an Apple Store (not an authorized Repair Service) and if the part needing replacement is not specific to the region, an Apple Store will probably be able to affect the repair. There may be issues if the screen cannot be replaced by their Genius Bar staff. iPhones made for China and several other countries in the region have specific features. These features preclude just swapping out the device. It would require a repair.

It will not hurt to ask at a local authorized shop in China, but they are not obligated to honor the warranty.

Whether they will or not, is up to them. It all depends on whether they have access to parts for a phone designed for use in another country, and whether Apple will reimburse the shop for repairs.

AppleCare+ and Warranty only apply to your region of purchase, so you will have to go back to where you purchased the iPhone for repairs.
