This got posted out of order? So here it is at the end? I hope.

The answer to the question is below:

About Apple ProRes on iPhone - Apple Support (<for 15 pro 9/2024)

You can record videos in the Apple ProRes format in the Camera app using any of its cameras in Video mode.

Your iPhone supports ProRes recording using the built-in storage of your iPhone in high dynamic range (HDR), in standard dynamic range (SDR), or in Log encoding. (using Internal storage FPS maximum is 30 FPS.)

And this is with the Camera.app.

So this would be the "Same conditions as Apple's quoted spec for the iphone 15 pro" as per above.

Apple told me that the internal storage rate is doubled for the iPhone 16. So instead of 30 frames per second with the iPhone 15 it is doubled to 60 frames per second with the iPhone 16 using internal storage.

Does that answer your questions about HDR, SDR, log coding, camera used, app used?

iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max - Technical Specifications - Apple

Same conditions as Apple's quoted spec for the iphone 15 pro: iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max can record 4K at 30 fps using internal storage with ProRes, more fps with external storage.

iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max can record 4K at 60 fps when connected to a compatible external storage device.

What about iPhone 16 pro to internal storage? 30fps? 60fps?

I am sorry if the question is not clear.
