Will I receive my iPhone 16 Pro before the launch date on the 20th, if I pre-ordered it?

Does the info for the order match the info for your respective accounts? Email/Name/Address? If the name doesn’t match and you don’t have name variations on your account then it may not show. Same if it’s not the same email address. Otherwise don’t know what to tell you but to keep checking.

Supposedly you’re supposed to get track info to track your package but I’m not sure where these people say they are getting UPS tracking info when Apple haven’t sent them any tracking info yet even though the person has said they have a My UPS account.I’m also confused because I ordered my phone last Friday at 5am when preordering happened and Apple said I’m scheduled to get my iPhone this Friday Sept.20th but I’m also wondering where my package is really at.

Mine's a trade in from tmobile, pre-ordered on sept 13 afternoon EST. I got a notification from UPS last night that I have a package from tmobile arriving today, currently at Louisville, KY last night. Could it be the iphones I pre-ordered? Lol i hope.

If you ordered the phone from T-Mobile, you'd have to ask T-Mobile if it's your phone. Apple wouldn't be involved here.

There are rumours online from daily mail and toms guide saying that the iPhone 16 pro and pro max orders will be delayed and they will be delivered on 2-9th October? Is this true? It would be a problem for me as my flip 4 has broken and im using a iPhone 6s so not capable of everyday tasks. Please someone confirm shipping dates, I don't know to trust the online rumours...

I preordered mine 30 minutes after preorders opened but it says the ETA is October 2-7th. Is that likely to change once it moves past the "processing" status that it is in now? I really don't want to wait that long and don't remember ever having to in previous iPhone orders.

I pre ordered through AT&T, I only see a "ready to ship" from them. Have both UPS choice and FedEx manager, nothing on there about incoming package. Says it's estimated to ship on the 19th but will be at my doorstep in south Louisiana on the 20th. First time pre ordering, usually get in line on launch day but heard you could get it early through pre order so decided to try it out. Pre ordered on the 13th at 6:55am CENTRAL TIME (it was open early??)

Most of us can tell you how to find your tracking if you ordered directly from Apple. You'll have to work with AT&T on finding your tracking information.

7:10 AM in that time zone exactly? If for example, you are in Pacific time, that would have been 2 hours and 10 minutes after preorders opened and for a preorder day is often too late to get the model you want on launch day.

Is there anyone in NSW Australia who pre-ordered as soon as they could and their iPhone still hasn't shipped? Despite Apple saying it will deliver by the 20th? First time I've pre-ordered and I'm getting anxious. Thanks in advance for your help.

This is most likely the box you will send your old phone back in. I got notice of a Verizon package last Saturday, and thats what that was. An empty box with an envelope for the return of my rapidly draining 14 pro.

right now it’s on prepared for shipping. It’s been like that since Friday afternoon.

apple is telling me now that I’m not gonna get my tracking information until Friday when it’s out for delivery that does not make any sense. I was told on Monday that I was gonna get my tracking information on Thursday so I’m getting two different information that I don’t know if it’s correct.

I was told on Monday when I was on chat with Apple I was gonna get my information on Thursday now that’s changed to Friday so I need two different information from Apple. I have no idea which one right they already charge my card. All I want is my tracking information and they’re holding it that is not right

I was just on chat with Apple. You will not get your tracking information till the day of delivery.

apparently, I was not properly signed up for fed ex delivery manager, ordered Friday 9/13 at 6:55 am through At&t, currently sitting in Fort Worth, TX and says it will be delivered to me in south Louisiana (Lafayette area) on Friday. Been in Ft. Worth since 9/15, not sure how fed ex system works, but if its anything like the others, it will have to process through Baton Rouge or New Orleans before getting to me, so I may not see it until Saturday or Monday if it does have to pass through those places.
