No gray color for Ipad Air 6th gen?

Getting somebody willing to disassemble, properly mask, and then paint it or Parkerize / phosphate convert or whatever seems likely to be expensive.

Cheapest is probably to get a protective case in a preferred color.

As for what Apple might plan, nobody here knows. Log feedback with them, as was suggested above.
