I am unable to pre-order iPhone 16 with Trade In

I’m trying to preorder the new iPhone 16 pro max I’m trading my 15 pro max but it won’t let me submit order

You need to contact Apple; they will not see your need in this user-to-user forum. We have no way of knowing how their internal order system work or don't work.


However, based on the fact the pre-orders have just opened, I suspect any company's system would be at max capacity. As another end user I suggest trying again later.
