It looks like your Bluetooth hardware is showing as "disabled."
You may have a hardware failure. But you can try this before taking your Mac in for service:
Disconnect all Bluetooth devices. If you need to connect a mouse or keyboard, use wired devices.
From the Go menu, select Go to Folder ... and enter /Library/Preferences
Before deleting the following files, make a copy of them somewhere safe in case you need to restore them.
Delete the file com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
Delete the file com.apple.bluetoothuserd.plist
then Go to the folder ~/Library/Preferences
Make a safe copy first, then
Delete the file com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
Delete the file com.apple.bluetoothuserd.plist
Go to the folder ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost
Make a safe copy first, then delete all files there with the name
com.apple.Bluetooth.xxxxxxx where xxxx can be a string of letters and numbers.
Restart the computer.
Go to Terminal and enter this command (enter your password if prompted):
sudo pkill bluetoothd
Restart the computer.
Try to turn on Bluetooth and see if it works.
If it still does not work, then I think you have a hardware failure.
