I have an Iphone 11 Pro and want to use two lines simultaneously but both are on eSIM. will this work? in other words can Iphone 11 work with two lines simultaneously without any line based on physical SIM.

No, since the iPhone is one physical SIM and one eSIM.

You would need a U.S. version of the iPhone 14 or higher to do what you ask.
