Does iPhone 14 Pro A2650 (Dual Physical SIM) Support eSIM?

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 Pro (model A2650) with dual physical nano-SIM slots. I would like to confirm whether this variant supports eSIM.

On my previous iPhone 11, I actively used multiple eSIM profiles, so eSIM support is important to me. However, on this iPhone 14 Pro, I do not see the “Add eSIM” option under Settings > Cellular/SIMs.

Could someone clarify:

1. Does the iPhone 14 Pro A2650 (dual physical SIM) support eSIM at all?

2. If it does, under what conditions would the “Add eSIM” option be hidden or unavailable?
