AirTag not showing up in Find My application on MacBook

Hi

I've set up an AirTag using my iPad.

On the iPad's Find My app I see a list of my devices in the Devices tab, and the Airtag shows up in the Items tab.

I've shared the AirTag with my wife and it shows up on her iPhone.

I'm using the same iCloud user on my MacBook (same email address).

On the Find My application on the MacBook, in the Devices tab I see the same list of devices as on the iPad, but the Items tab shows nothing - my AirTag isn't there.

Are AirTags not supported on Find My application for OSX?

Just double-checked on my Mac mini. All of my AirTags appear on the Items tab of the Find My app. On the other hand, the items tab does not exist on the iCloud Find My app version via any web browser.

Be sure that you have both Bluetooth and Location Services enabled on your Mac.

Sorry, but at this point, I'm not sure why your AirTag is not showing up as an item in the Find My app on your Mac.

I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly to see if they can sort this out for you. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

Restarted my MacBook.

Bluetooth and Location Services are on.

Find My on my MacBook shows my Devices, and my location (based on the WiFi of the Cafe I'm in, I think) and my devices.

Items list still empty.
