No. You will not be able to remove activation lock unless you have proof of the original purchase from Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Center (your receipt). As you indicated you purchased the device second-hand, you are not the original purchaser and would not have anything that would resemble an original receipt of purchase.

You cannot contact the original owner if they have chose not to include any information. The owner is in charge of their own information and it is not available unless they want to provide it. No iBox cannot locate the owner.

There is no way to bypass the Activation Lock and anyone that claims they can are just going to scam you out of more money. Cut your losses and learn from your mistake.

Simply from experience here with other users who have found themselves in the same situation, Apple is not going to remove the Activation Lock. They provide no documentation that an additional 5 days will be needed if you do not have the original purchase receipt, no matter what information you read on the internet or Youtube.

It will probably take you less than 15 minutes to provide the information to request the removal. Do that and let us know how it goes. You have nothing to lose.

Only the owner of the device can unlock it. Return your device or recycle it responsibly

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support explains what you need to do. I don't know who iBox is or if they can help, but start with that Apple Support document: Start an Activation Lock support request.

If an iPhone becomes lost or stolen, its owner can choose to display a message with contact information, or not. It's up to them.

Meta sure isn't stopping a thief from creating a fake account with false information to scam their own customers. Or even protecting their customers from fraudulent purchases. For some reason, people continue to go there and get scammed.
