Why doesn't Apple Intelligence work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max?

It does as long as you're in a country where it is supported or your phone wasn't manufactured for the China market. Click the link posted above "how to get Apple Intelligence"

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro.......Certified Pre-Owned.......2 Months after purchasing...........WWDC 2024.........I then learned my new iPhone 14 Pro won't receive Apple AI........Obviously, I felt embarrassed, confused and disappointed to have just purchased a worthless iPhone........

Currently, I was about to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned iPhone 15 Pro..........However, after learning about this Apple AI, Visual Intelligence (Google Lens, Amazon Lens, etc.) snub...........I don't understand if the 15 Pro actually receives full Apple AI.......? Truthfully, this feature should have just added & been able to access on the screen and the original camera shortcut key button........Not the new weird capacitive camera button......or allow for both shortcut camera buttons.... lol

What country are you in? What language is your phone set to? In what country was the phone originally intended to be sold?

Apple Intelligence is not available on phones made for the Chinese market.

That's because Apple Intelligence and ALL of its features are not available on any iPhone manufactured for the China market.

Have you done the steps How to get Apple Intelligence ? Did you buy your phone in a country where AI is not available yet, like China or EU?

By the way Genmoji is not out yet. And try to talk to Apple. You can chat with them in a call. Or chat with them on Messages.
