nfl game pass not registered with DAZN

I have purchased a NFL game pass subscription via the app store. I got billed and it shows up in my subscription list.

However it does not register with DAZN. DAZN support indicates that my account does not have an active subscription attached to it.

I definitely paid ~€200.

I did have a subscription last year which worked without a problem. I canceled that not to be billed for a second year. However I changed my mind and re-subscribed. But although I paid with no succes.

Can anybody help me?

Having the exact same issue. Worked fine until a few weeks ago. And no one on Dazn or Apple side can help. Cancelled the subscription / got a refund. Now can’t watch anything. Will have to try signing up direct with Dazn but much less convenient than doing it all via Apple..
