I renewed my subscription service for an app, but that app is still showing as if I have not subscribed

I used my TennisTV App store subscription for one year without any problem. But when the subscription expired, I renewed it by paying for the subscription for one more year. However, now I see that the app is not recognizing this subscription. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. I am also not able to use this subscription on my desktop.

What is the issue here? Need solution asap.

While we understand this shows how to cancel a subscription, the same steps under the section 'Cancel a subscription on your Windows PC' can be used to check if you're seeing an active subscription for the TennisTV app: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple If you're seeing that subscription in the location within iTunes on your Windows PC, then the next step would be to report this problem using this website: Report-a-Problem


If you're not able to see the app subscription listed when you report this problem, the next step would be to let Apple Support know what's happening as they'll be in the best position to further assist: Get Support
