Watch Doesn’t work stairs climbed

My Apple Watch 5 series doesn’t show the stairs climbed. How can resolve it please?

Can you see the elevation, if you open the Compass app?


Did you try to force restart by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?



If this does not work, erase the watch, then pair it again with your iPhone, without using the backup, setting it up as a new Apple Watch:
