It just keeps putting me into a loop saying I am not subscribed.
Is that what happens instead on all your supported devices? No other error messages?

Note that this type of subscription is on a specific Apple ID account. If you are not signed in to the device or app or site, then you would need to do so with the matching Apple ID account. Signing in with a different account wouldn’t give you access.

I'm about ready to just cancel Apple TV all together
Apple TV+ is a separate subscription from MLS Season Pass. One does not depend on the other, however there is a small discount to MLS for Apple TV+ subscribers.
If a service is malfunctioning suddenly, then please verify if there is a known outage. System status - Apple Support. (Not sure if this is regionally divided, i.e. if countries have their own status. You can add a two-letter country code in the URL after the domain name, e.g. /uk/ , so regionality may apply.)
