Does the iPhone use end-to-end encryption for RCS, the way Android does?

At least if you use the default Google Messages app. That uses Google's RCS servers. If you're using your carrier's RCS servers, then I don't know.


I know Sender Google Messages → Google RCS Server → Recipient Google Messages server is e2e encrypted.


But is iPhone → Whatever RCS server Apple is using → Recipient Google Messages e2e encrypted?
