What should I do if I suspect my Apple Account is hacked?
I know that Apple says their “unhackable” but I also know that I’m not the one changing my Apple ID, iCloud, email passwords, nor am I the one going into my pics proving all of these things and changing, deleting the pics. I’m also not imagining that I’ve seen (and taken pics) that there were other devices on my internet provider devices list that I don’t even own. I’ve been to Apple about 7 or 8 times, I’ve been to my provider several times… Apple says they don’t see anything and offers to erase my phone, which I’ve done and still see odd things happening. My provider says they can’t see what’s on my account in person and calls fail when I contact support via phone call. It’s starting to make me look a bit crazy and I need to know what’s going on and why this is happening. I’ve also received several messages asking if I was “in need of assistance”, had I been scammed… but that must be nothing as well I guess?
I need to know what I can do to stop this, besides burning all my devices? lol
Any advice would be greatly appreciated?!
