Problem accessing Apple TV content via Virgin Media box even with subscription.
Subscribed successfully to Apple TV, can play on Ipad, but every time I try to watch via my Virgin Media device, it takes me to the log in screen and ask me to subscribe, even though it then tell me I am successfully logged in. Have called support twice, and no solution offered. I have a ticket number of Case ID: 102401069272, but no one has contacted me back.
Really disappointed with assistance and service. I am paying a subscription that I cannot access on my TV. Why?
