How do I file a complaint against a developer for unfair business practices and pricing policies?
I made an in-app purchase in a game called Marvel Snap by Second Dinner/Nuverse related to new feature that I loved. Turned out this feature was broken, so I contacted Apple for a refund (logically). After the refund was completed, I noticed the developer stole all my resources from my account. Resources I spent lots of money and time accumulating over about 2 years.
I already contacted them and they will not help. Sent me a bunch of legal documents.
Are consumers helpless in conflicts with huge developers on the App Store? They stole money from me, is this something I just have to accept or are there other paths I can take?
