Uninstalled apps data usage even after I have reset my statistics on my iPhone 14.

Hi there, I am facing a problem where in my iphone, I still see uninstalled apps data usage even after I have reset my statistics. That way I do that is just toggling the switch that enables data stats and it updates the last reset date. My problem is that why uninstalled apps data is still showing even after I have done multiple resets ?
