My iPhone does not open office files anymore

My iPhone stopped opening office files on several apps (Mail, WhatsApp, Files). In the app Mail, all office files exhibit a question mark, as if it was an unknown format, but they are usual ones, like xlsx or docx. My iPad opens all these files. It never occurred before, can anyone help me?
