Apple Watch Vitals Notifications
When I go to settings in my Apple Watch, then to Vitals, I’m not able to turn on notifications. It says that notifications are unavailable. How do I fix this?

Did you open the Health App on your iPhone, tap on "Vitals", scroll down and tap on "Vitals", then make sure that notifications for vitals is enabled?
Any restrictions set up in Screen Time for changing account settings on your watch?
