Hi all,
Yesterday I tried to install IOS 18 to my iPhone 15 Pro. I connected to my Windows 11 and I hit the button update via Apple Devices. Unfortunately during update I got back the following error and now my iPhone is bricked.
the iphone "iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occured (10). 06B4.000
Any ideas? I tried many times to restore, to update again but always I have error during the process.

According to the support document, Error 10 requires a software update, but there is no update available in the Microsoft Store.
To apple, Is the latest Apple Devices app really compatible with iOS 18?
Fortunately, I was then able to run the update from recovery mode via sub-Mac and succeed without restoring (and without erasing any data).
Apple Devices Version: 1.1031.17413.0
If you are suffering from this problem, it is likely that you will not be able to update on that PC now.
It is recommended that you use a Mac to update.
if you do not have a Mac, ask someone with a Mac for help, or go to repair service to perform the update.

Just a question first! Why not use the iOS upgrade option from the iPhone itself?
Settings > General > Software Update for the next time :)
Best way would be to have a Mac to get the iPhone in restore mode with Apple Configurator.

Try to reboot the iPhone into Recovery mode and restore the device using iTunes.
