why are image thumbnails not displaying in finder since updating to sequoia on my m1 MacBook pro

Makes no difference… submitted that form previously.

That works for some icons but others that were OK go blank

Trouble is you lose your original date in the meta data :(

Posting to say that updating to 15.5 didn't yet bring back thumbnails. If Apple did reproduce the issue, and a fix may be in a macOS update, I guess it will be one that we haven't yet seen.

Yes, the same is happening to me on an increasings. I think it might have something to do with Apple's AI..... 'cause just like "AI", image thumbnails just kinda' DISAPPEARED!!! ;-(
