iPhone 11

I’ve had my iPhone for about 4-5 years now and now my iPhone is absolutely going crazy my messages keep crashing, can’t open my Instagram, can’t open Facebook, and when I’m typing it starts going super slow and lagging. I don’t know what to do atp I’m becoming frustrated. I’ve restarted my phone, updated it to the latest update, my battery isn’t old, like I have no clue what’s going on and if anybody can help it would be very appreciated.
