Sequoia Problem: Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse via KVM not working M1 Mac Mini

Here's my setup:

M1 Mac Mini

TESmart Dual Monitor KVM

Logitech Keyboard: Ergo K860, Logitech Mouse: M525

-- Both connected using Logitech Receiver in the KVM

I have been using this setup for years, with the Logitech USB receiver plugged into the keyboard/mouse port of the KVM switch. Works great switching between my MacBook Pro and my M1 Mac Mini.

Yesterday, I installed Sequoia on my Mini, and now when I switch back to the M1, the keyboard/mouse are unrecognized and I cannot access the Mini.

A couple of times a forced hard reboot of the Mini (via the power switch) will get the Mini to see the keyboard/mouse, but not all the time. I'm stuck having to shutdown the Mini, detach a USB device to free up a direct port, then move the Logitech Receiver directly into the Mini, and THEN it will see the keyboard.

Bug in Sequoia?

Mac mini, macOS 15.0

Update: TESmart provided me the original firmware (HKS0403A1U(USB20)_KM_SOFMU16-V009_BOOT_APP.bin) and an updated firmware (HKS0403A1U(USB20)_KM_SOFMU16-V011B-APP.bin) file. The newer firmware resolved my issue, the old firmware threw an error message ("unable to parse file") when trying to run it. Also worth noting, TESmart states that only a Windows 10 or 11 machine will run their upgrade tool (.exe) that references the above firmware file. This is incorrect, I successfully used a Windows 7 desktop to fix this issue (a VM won't work though, has to be a physical machine. I tired both and they later verified it has to be a physical machine).
