Unable to delete Wireless@SGx from iPhone

Hi,

I have a managed wi-fi that I cannot remove. This is my personal device and I do not have a VPN profile in my phone. This is possibly a Singapore only problem, because of Wireless@SGx.

This is very frustrating because when I am in certain public spaces, my phone will auto-connect to Wireless@SGx but there is no internet connection. As such, I will not have connectivity and miss my messages or emails until I notice and disable my wifi. And then I will need to manually turn on my wifi when I am home or in my office so that I do not use my data.

I have reset my network setting, reformat my iPhone, change to new iPhone, but nothing works. It looks like this will haunt me as it is likely somewhere in my backed up profile on iCloud and will follow me so long as I use an iPhone. I have also wrote into IMDA who runs the Wireless@SGx but to no avail.

Just to add on, there are 2 other posts with the same problem, but am unable to add my comments there. Am writing in now because iOS18 passwords has shown me the wifis.
