Shortcuts x-callback-url not returning results

I have some automations that pull data out of Bear and put them into Things. I do this by using the "Open" action with a callback URL. Since installing iOS 18 and MacOS 15, the Open action no longer returns the results back to my Shortcuts workflow so that I can action on them. The Script just stays put.

I'm only seeing this in "bear" right now, but I've interacted with others online that have seen it with other applications as well, leading me to believe that it is something in Shortcuts or possibly in the OS itself (I don't know how it worked in Safari before, but if I paste the same URL in Safari, it also doesn't return after execution in the target application).

I've logged this with Bear, but they responded that they have seen this behavior as well and that it is very likely an Apple bug. Has anybody else seen this or have a workaround for it?
