Apple Watch Series 6 since the watch has upgraded to watchOS11 while on charge it says I am doing high exercise while watch is stationary charging on desk.
Recorded over 435mins exercise last night when it should be circa 66 for the day

Did you already force restart your watch after the upgrade by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
