iPhone 16 Pro Max shipment delayed

2 iPhone 16 Pro Max Suppose to arrive September 25, 2024

Both Scanned the same time in West Yarmouth one made it to the truck one didn’t.

Contacted UPS - West Yarmouth Terminal NO IDEA where it is, advised to contact Apple.

Apple said a replacement will be an expedited order and should receive it by October 13th the latest, order still shows PROCESSING !!! I'm guessing they don't know the meaning of REPLACEMENT - EXPEDITED ORDER - EXPRESS DELIVERY.. bunch of apologizing & EXCUSES.. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THE PHONES ARE PAID FOR.

What I’ve learned from ordering a couple Apple products recently is that if you get UPS, you are rolling the dice on the delivery. They might actually lose the item, tell you to talk to Apple about it, and then it mysteriously arrives weeks later.

Much better if you get FedEx as the carrier.

Honestly I think it's a hoax, what a coincidence that the equipment is lost and at least in my case it was returned by UPS to the dock back to Apple. Other day through UPS web page says article is secure waiting for government release. A replacement was requested on 10/07 and is still under Applés consideration. Posible date of shipment is by November. They should be honest with customers.

You are NOT speaking with anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum. As such we don't know what's up with your order or for that matter anything about your order.

You need to contact Apple directly for help. Since you are in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE and make sure you know your order number.

placed order through web on 27th Sep 2024 for Apple 16 Pro still status not updated will I get the delivery on time on not. As per website it’s 19th Oct but phone is still not shipped. Where store and Flipkart is available to deliver before. I am still thinking why I have place my order with apple site. Quite bad experience

see mine was order the 2nd of October and mine is estimated 24-31st so when I keep checking it’s still processing and today is the 17 so what the **** is going on talk to someone not helpful at all and just keep saying it bee there and they are sending it out in batches but I’m like you should have enough for everyone like what the **** im so mad and waiting I have everything and now my phone is still processing like when will it be shipped. I hate it

Sometimes its not about slow release of the newest trending phone but about receiving a replacement of an older model. I have had an iphone 11 and it doesnt hold a charge at all. I have to keep it on the charger all day pretty much. It always drops calls. Every times there is a new software update, the phone gets slower. So, sometimes it's about upgrading to a new phone because your phone is about to take its last breath...it isnt even functional anymore. My 11 is on its way to becoming a paperweight. The shipment delays are unacceptable honestly, especially when paying over $1,000 and youre about to lose the phone you already own. Everyone has a right to be upset.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 16 Pro Max September 18 and I’ve been waiting a month now for it. It still hasn’t said shipped it was supposed to be delivered October 11. That was the estimated delivery day and I still have not got it and it’s October 20 now.

I ordered mine on 21/09 in London with delivery being between 15th - 22nd of October which is tomorrow but it still says order in progress…. When I called apple I was told to keep waiting or cancel the order!! It’s really shameful.

Does anyone know when they do eventually ship the order how long it will take to receive your phone?

Typically, when the order status changes from Order in Progress to Preparing to Ship, it ships very quickly and is often received within 2 days from the status change to Shipped. Apple will send you a tracking number when it has shipped so you can track it yourself.

hey everybody I pre- ordered my phone on step 13. They told me I wouldn’t get mines to October 11, 2024 I called my bank and talk to them Verizon had send the payment back or my bank take the money back cause it sent there for longer then and week . So then I called Verizon made sure my bill was fully paid then I get my phone on Oct.7,2024 after I paid for it again on oct5,2024 my phone came two days later as they said . So it has a lot to do with who ur phone is coming from. And have how gb mine was 256 so I already have mine. Please check you phone company and your payment method. Have a wonderful day sorry for the people who still haven’t got there’s .

I ordered mine September 22nd with an expected shipping date of October 11th. It’s now October 22nd and I have not heard anything about the phone whatsoever. I have not even received a tracking number because it has not shipped yet. I ordered the 16 pro max in desert titanium with 256 gb.

See this happen to me today but they delivered my moms meals and then I was talking to someone they said he would be here 45 minutes waited and he lied his butt off now I have to wait till Monday and I am waiting outside till he comes. But I had to cancel my meeting plans for me to sign to get my phone
