I ordered my iphone 16 pro max at 5AM PDT on september 13, initially it was supposed to arrive today, friday september 20. On "my orders", it still says that it´s friday september 20, but when I track it in UPS it says it will arrive on monday. Is there any way I can know for sure when it will arrive? Also, the package is currently 5 hours away from my location.

You need to contact Apple directly for help. Since you are in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE and make sure you know your order number.
Have you received your phone yet?.I ordered mine on the 21st September and should be expecting it this week. Did you have any delays?

I ordered my iPhone 16 Pro Max on Sept. 29 and my delivery estimate in between Oct. 22 and Oct. 29. I'll let you know when it arrives.
Mine says “please send your device back”for a replacement, but it was never received. The phone I bought was returned to Apple without explanation!

I just got my white iPhone pro max 16 256 from AT&T.

Ordered 16 Pro Max Black 256 on 22SEP. Apple gave me an estimated delivery range of 15-22OCT. Phone arrived 16OCT. Seems to me that at least direct from Apple it’s all going according to plan.
Very similar to me. I ordered on 21-Sept and it arrived yesterday, 16-Oct.
