Watch 10 sleep apnea “no longer available in your region” in UK

Using the Apple Watch app on my iPhone, in the Sleep section, the asleep Apnea part is greyed out and it says “This feature is no longer available in your region”. I am in the UK and my phone and watch are both set to UK as location. How do I correct this please?

I'm happy to report that I had this exact issue and fixed it. I upgraded from a Watch 6 to a Watch 10 today. I paired the 10 and then had this issue. I decided to try un-pairing both watches and then re-pairing the 10. This fixed it.

This happened to me when upgrading from Watch series 5 to Watch series 10. First I backed up my iPhone 12 mini to save the data from the watch 5. I then unpaired the watch 5, paired the watch 10 and chose the existing recent backup. Sleap apnea was greyed out. Made another backup on my iphone, now with the watch 10 paired, then unpaired and paired again. Now choosing the latest backup from watch 10. That worked for me.
