Watch 10 sleep apnea “no longer available in your region” in UK

I followed your advice. Unpaired both watches then paired the Watch 10 still not available in the region. I use iPhone 12 Pro and iOS 18.01.

I received my Series10 watch today and was setting it up to work with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and that had the Apnea issue. I updated the watch software to 11.01 and it started working.

The problem is most likely NOT your phone and watch... I also have the 16 pro max and watch 10 and it's not available. I'm 93.7% sure it's a software thing. With so many people having the same issue, APPLE will soon address it...

Happening for me as well in the UK with series 10 watch and 14 pro max. I’ve unpaired and paired and it’s made no difference.

is the watch or the iPhone on the beta version by any chance (watchOS 11.1 or iOS 18.1 ) ?

if the iPhone is on Beta you can rollback to the official 18.0, if the watch in the other hand on 11.1 you need to mail it to apple for rollback or wait for the official 11.1 release.

This happened to me when upgrading from Watch series 5 to Watch series 10. First I backed up my iPhone 12 mini to save the data from the watch 5. I then unpaired the watch 5, paired the watch 10 and chose the existing recent backup. Sleap apnea was greyed out. Made another backup on my iphone, now with the watch 10 paired, then unpaired and paired again. Now choosing the latest backup from watch 10. That worked for me.

iPhone 16 Pro Max with Series 10 watch, I have Paired and Unpaired it several times restored it from a backup and set it up as a new watch and nothing has worked the sleep apnea option has remained greyed out. I bought them from the same Apple store. So, I will be taking them back there tomorrow.

Honestly, I just unpaired and then re-paired it, and it fixed the issue for me - no need to restore from backup.

Same here, adding all credit cards and SmartTrip card back and it had failed to appear in Health. This is not a fix all.

This did not work on my Apple Watch 10 on an iPhone 16pro

FYSA this will remove all credit cards and force a recovery of a back up.

I have this issue as well. Will I have to restore from back up or is it just a unpair / re-pair?

I'm happy to report that I had this exact issue and fixed it. I upgraded from a Watch 6 to a Watch 10 today. I paired the 10 and then had this issue. I decided to try un-pairing both watches and then re-pairing the 10. This fixed it.

If you unpair and re-pair, it should work as mine was the same. I even re-pair using the exact same backup but do that and it should work.. at least in the UK
