How to configure multiple email addresses on a single email account on an iphone?

I have a business Google account and three different email addresses that all terminate on the same Google account. I can configure the Mail app for that account to have all three addresses on my Mac. This allows me to send emails from Mac Mail from these three email addresses.

I can not figure out how to configure these extra emails on my iPhone mail. It will only use the email I initially registered the Google account on the iPhone.

Here is a picture of how I configured this with Mac Mail. Can anyone tell me how to do this on an iPad or iPhone?
