Has anyone else had issues with wireless charging after the ios 18 update? My IPhone 11 wont charge wireless now even with my case removed.

here are the steps I took:
All you night need to do is just turn off the phone and wake it with the charger.

Great Solution Teqneek, this fixed all my wireless charging issues. iOS 18, iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Turn off the impacted phone, transfer to the wireless charger while the iPhone is still powered off
The phone will turn on automatically and should solve your wireless charging issues.
Try powering the iPhone completely off, then turning it back on, then seeing if it will charge.
Background: My iPhone occasionally fails to make a proper connection to the MagSafe charger. Powering it off and back on, clears the glitch. This was with versions of iOS prior to iOS 17; I don't know if 17 or 18 might have fixed this bug.

Our family too. Unable to wirelessly charge in 2022 Honda Odyssey with iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 Pro following iOS 18 update. These devices do charge on other wireless charging pads we have. I’m guessing this is a vehicle incompatibility for us. Hopefully, Honda or Apple will release an update that will resolve this.
I did the fix (shut off the phone and place it on the charger), it worked, then broke again three days later. I think it stopped working originally the night after I installed 18.0.1.
I tried everything! Restart the phone, stop and start the optimization, reset all settings, change with other chargers. After 30 minutes to an hour it starts, but I don't have that time to mess with the phone to start charging!

And started all problems with 18.1.1
This whole update is a mess
It’s not always the update’s fault. Many people experience problems with charging. You’re commuting what’s called a post-hoc fallacy (A must be true because B happened right afterwards or at the same time). Updates very, very, very rarely cause these types of issues after two months of beta testing. You can contact the Official Apple Support and see if they can help.

After updating from iOS 17, the phone refuses to charge normally at the wireless station. It reaches 100% at night, continues to ‘charge’ and gets very hot, with the battery draining to 85-95% in a couple of hours. If I switch the phone to wired charging then *maybe* it can charge to 100%. It may show charging, but it will take a very long time for the percentages to increase, and then the missing 10-15% will charge in 20-30 minutes.
Everything with battery optimization turned off.
Hopes Apple fix this on future updates.
I updated to ISO 18.3 and my XR will not charge wirelessly either. I followed the steps shut off my phone place it on the wireless charger phone turned on shows charging but it’s not charging. I had no issue until this latest update it’s frustrating because I also tried another wireless charger and still says charging but it’s not. Phone was 41% when Input it on the charger went to sleep woke up phone says charging but it’s stayed on 41%

My iPhone 13 Pro has the same issue too. After updating to iOS 18, it is unable to be charged wireless by some chargers
Iphone 14 PRO same problem, after the iOS 18 update not charge, when Apple fix the problem it's definitely some issues with software not hardware.
Same problem on iPhone X, cant use my wireless Quadlock charger on my bike. Awesome.
