Problem with refund on music item

I bought a song from iTunes of a computer but then made the fatal mistake of deleting my entire library

because there we're doubles of songs that were not filtered out for some reason but the newly bought song disappeared and I requested a refund that I would not be throwing money down the drain but i went to take my iPod touch to be repaired and the employee told me i should remove the card for safety reasons and i did but it removed my card from the entire account and even after putting my informaition back in it still has not yet refunded me but the website says it has been refunded what should I do now? P.S I bought it on 19 Sep 2024

Hello~ In addition to * varjak paw’s* information. Click on below to review.

Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

You should get the refund credited back to the card you used. Also there is a link in the article above where you may click on to contact Apple or go to lower left and click on the small Support icon.
