My computer keeps shutting off and this says "Your Computer was restarted because of a Problem"
Took it to the apple store and they erased it and reloaded the OS and tell me everything is fine, yet it keeps doing the issue... Its like they are hoping the apple care runs out to keep me stuck with this lemon.
Why is this happening?

Bring it back and tell them it's still not fixed. A CPU Machine Check Architecture Fault is an unrecoverable internal fault and documented as such by Intel.
Software cannot cause a CPU defect, and it certainly can't fix it.
