Scam. They're trying to get you to purchase some "snake oil" app – or worse, to contact them and give them your credit card / bank account details, so they can clean you out more thoroughly.

Delete the message.

It’s an ad designed to scare you into buying useless software at best, at worst it’s a phishing attempt to steal your personal information.

Deletr the text, report it as junk.

That is a fake message, ignore it, your iPhone does not have spyware.
