Apple Watch 7 worth it or not?

That site will give you the different specs to compare. As to pros and cons, the only real "pro" is that it's likely to be relatively inexpensive now. The con is that it's a model now three years old, so how long Apple will continue to support it with watchOS updates is a question. Also, it won't of course be new, and what some reseller considers "refurbishment" is an issue to check into carefully. Be very wary about buying a used Watch that you can't personally examine; don't buy unless the seller is a reputable company that offers buyer protection.
