Desktop folder title change back to Kind and NOT DATE

A recent IOS update changed the desktop folders to Months and dates (i.e. yesterday, previous 30 days). This is a terrible way to organize a desktop. I want to do it by Kind (Music, PDF, Documents, Screenshots, etc.) which is most useful. How do I change this useless change back to one that is useful, practical and sensible.

Thank you.

Control click an Empty Space on the Desktop

A Sub Menu should appear

Use " Sort by "

Choose the Options that suit your needs
