Connecting to Wi-Fi takes me to a Captive Page on my iPhone 16 Pro.

I recently got an iPhone 16 Pro and updated to iOS18 but I met various issues for connecting public WiFi that I haven’t met during the past several years while using iPhone. Here are two main issues.

1) When I was connecting with my apartment WiFi, the captive page was popped up but it was blank for a while. After that, each further step took forever to load. Although I finally connected successfully, the forever loading time was not fun.

2) The second issue was even more frustrating since that was happening when I was connecting my eduroam WiFi. The pop-up captive page showed me the error as below.

I am wondering if those are the bugs from iOS18 and how to solve them generally. Thanks!

Based on my temporary experiences, the basic summary of those WiFi problems can be solved as below.

Select the i with a circle at the right side of the WiFi that you want to connect, and then turn off the auto-login. Then change Private Wi-Fi Address from Rotating to Fixed (if the WiFi security is trustworthy, because this function seems to be added for security but I am not 100% sure). After those, basically the problems that I encountered were solved (I tested the WiFi connection after doing those steps).
