Is there any way to revert to previous versions of Notes?

I recently upgraded to Sequoia 15 and absolutely hate the way Notes acts now.

It lags & 'thinks' more than it used to, I can't turn off Math Results by default so each Note has to be manually adjusted, and if I start typing in a different section of a Note the screen will jump to that section or close to it which is really jarring and it takes a second to find where I'm actually typing.

I understand these updates were meant to enhance the experience but so far they just have me trying to find a good free alternative that doesn't inundate me with ads or make me pay to remove them.
