Changing thumbnails to icons

On my new iPhone there are now thumbnails (as huge boxes taking up a large part of the page)under suggestions instead of icons. How do I change it back to icons?

Remove Creator Studio icons in Pages and Numbers Does anyone know how to remove the Creator Studio icons/buttons from pages and numbers? The new purple square icon in iPadOS is stuck next to the format/paint brush button and appears non removable. The iPhone equivalent obstructs direct access to my own photos and related attachments. In each case it also make it difficult to find templates which aren’t part of Creator Studio.
