WellsFargo apple pay not working moot transactions

My debit card seem to load just fine on to my wallet. The problem started immediately as I am in the hospital needing to do online shopping. When I attempt to shop and total out any transaction (I follow the process step by step as WellsFargo dictates as the food is awful here, 1. I keep getting the requirement to scan the upc code. Kind of hard to do when shopping online 2.if I can get around that and total out to pay once again I get msg to enter upc code or scan item or enter debit card information. This I can’t do as I don’t have my new debit card yet and do not know the number as wells doesn’t provide this information nor can I see it in apple pay. I called WellsFargo and they do not see any transactions attempted for several days. It’s almost a though these are not getting through the network THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING.- starving in Charlotte
