Invalid phone number in Apple Pay (extra digit)
I’ve noticed that I can’t use my phone number when trying to pay with Apple Pay on websites with delivery. It works perfectly in apps and physical stores, but when I was ordering an Apple Watch, I found out that I couldn’t add my phone number because it was marked as “invalid.”
The number is 100% valid and linked to my account—I receive SMS messages from Apple on it. I believe the issue is that newer (about 3 years already) Finnish numbers are one digit longer, and Apple hasn’t accounted for this yet.
