My printer is missing the 'Format for' list after macOS Sequoia update

Wow, you just saved me from a near breakdown! I was getting so frustrated but thanks to your post, I was able to get my printers back to a workable status:)

I do not see that app "rastertoescpII' as an option.

update - I changed the printer back to WiFi and it's communicating fine now.

Paper size issue and Printer Name in the drop down - both issues remain
