My new iPad Pro has no software updates available

Hi I bought my new iPad Pro 2024 but there’s no software update for the ios18 and the storage of my phone it’s not transferring to the iPad I don’t know what’s happening

iPadOS 18 for M4 iPad Pro was pulled from release. It was causing some iPads to be bricked.

Not sure what "and the storage of my phone it's not transferring to the iPad" means. If you can restate, perhaps someone can assist.
