Replaced iPhone 7 screen now the touch screen doesn't work but home button works
I replaced my iPhone 7 screen myself, and I believe I messed something up. For starters, when I disconnected the screen connecters I forgot to disconnect my battery first , oh yeah, and I didn't order a new screen, I took the screen out of my other iPhone and used that screen. Anyways, the first time when I forgot to disconnect the battery first, I put the screen that works in my other iPhone, in my iPhone that needed a new screen, and I powered it on and nothing would work. It would power on, but the screen touch or home button wouldnt work. So I watched a YouTube video and saw that I needed to take the home button connector and speaker connector out from my old screen and install into my other working screen that I'm using. So I did that but this time i did disconnect the battery before disconnecting the screen again and transferring over the right connectors I needed. Then I connected the connecters to my screen and then, connected the screen to my phone then connected the battery and put my screen back into my phone and I powered it on, and now my home button works but still my touch screen doesn't work. Also this time too not only does the touch not work still but now there's like colorful lines going down my screen like my screen is glitching...... Any advice what to do and what the problem is?? Also I tried hard reset with the volume down and power button until apple logo appears and the problems still there....
